“Its position on the Thames, with Windsor Castle a short walk away, is undeniably its greatest asset, lending a real sense of place to any visit. While the character of the listed building presents challenges like the absence of a lift, the tastefully decorated interiors and the excellent food, particularly the evening meals and breakfast overlooking the river, create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I found the staff to be genuinely friendly and attentive, making it a property I'd certainly consider returning to despite the minor inconvenience of parking.”
